Shipping Info: Rage and Fire typically ships via Portugal Post Office. If Portugal Post does not ship to your location we will look into an alternative and discuss any changes to the postage and handling fee.

Orders are shipped within 5 working days, the delivery time will be dictated by your location and the shipping location.

Typically estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days for orders within Portugal and approximately 15 days for international orders.

Please check the shipping date/release date on your purchase as you may be purchasing a pre-order due for release or re-press. If you change address during this period it is your responsibility to email change of address to us directly.

If your item needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Depending on where you live you may incur a Customs Duty or import VAT for goods sent from abroad. Research is not responsible for any additional fees.
Return Policy: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
